Procure to Pay S.A.L. (P2P) was established in Beirut, Lebanon, in 2015 and was registered in 2016; it is owned and managed by Michel Bachour in partnership with Comaf Inc., a notable Canadian consultancy firm (www.comaf.ca). This alliance developed a team formed by high caliber and experienced people that have a strong knowledge in the Procurement business and in all its related processes. P2P aims to contract worldwide with companies of different business activities either for local or for international purchasing requirements. Added values: - P2P can negotiate directly with Suppliers on behalf of its clients without disclosing their names which will provide them with enough flexibility for their final decisions; - Involved transactions volumes, along with highly professional team, and usage of international standars and processes will ensure P2P's clients in getting the best deals (price and quality wise); - P2P can assist existing Procurement teams of its SMEs clients in developing and enhancing their internal Processes and Procedures and helping them in getting successful deals; Below is a brief of what P2P can do for you: a. New orders placement: P2P will take charge of all or some of your purchasing needs either recurrent demands or special projects. This will be done by Direct orders or by Tenders. b. Existing contracts re-negotiation: P2P can review and optimize your existing long-term purchasing contracts by re-negotiating it with the existing Supplier/Partner in order to improve its commercial terms. Cases: all outsourced activities such as Maintenance – Cleaning – Physical Security – Canteen – Consultant – Financial institution… c. Coaching & Know how transfer: P2P can simply contract with you a consultancy partnership to assist your existing Procurement Team. This approach can include one, several or all of the Procurement activities.
