Modern recruitment is challenging. Talent sourcing methods and job ads are expensive and don't effectively target passive job seekers (who are open to but not actively looking for work). Using Prodigee, companies can more effectively find great candidates that may be known to your employees or network and only one referral away. Employers are able to post public jobs (for free), set a referral bonus and receive referrals and applicants all in one place. The company's employees, broader network and our approved referrers are able to refer suitable candidates for the role and are rewarded the referral bonus only on success. Referrers can refer using smart SMS or email referrals to notify potential applicants and tack the status of their referral every step of the way. If the referral applies and is hired, then the referrer receives the referral bonus. At Prodigee we want to democratize recruitment by helping companies source the best talent from their employees, corporate networks and our marketplace.
