Estabilished in 1985 as a custom publishing company, Proedi grew into a Corporate communication company, soon developing its digital side. In 2007 started a movie production activity under the brand Moving Image.
In the meantime publishing was concentrated under the brand Proedi Editore.
In 2010, in association with Morris Visitor Publications (Augusta, GA, USA), started the publication in Milano of Where magazine soon becoming leader in Visitor Publishing with a monthly run of 30.000 copies of Where Magazine and more than one million yearly Where Maps.
Acquisitions: in 2012 the group entered into the learning market through Fenix srl, and in 2013 the group took control of Sabel Italia srl (leader in Milano of brochure displays)
