Proestakis Development of Projects S.A. −PDP− is a real estate and construction company that operates mainly in the private sector. The company takes responsibility of all phases of a project, starting with the search of an appropriate plot and finishing with the construction and maintenance of the project. On some occasions the company can offer individual services, such as search and purchase of land or legal advice. PDP has assumed responsibility for the store expansion of several retail companies such as Aldi and Jumbo SA, the latter being the largest retail company in Greece. Most projects have taken place in Greece, however the company has on several occasions participated in the purchase and development of large plots of land, and has collaborated with local companies in Cyprus and the Balkans. We are currently exclusively in charge of Jumbo’s retail store expansion, while looking for new clients that would be interested in investing in Greece during this period of opportunity.
