Professional Cleaning Services was founded in 1980 by John Williams, making it one of the oldest and most experienced commercial cleaning companies in the Brisbane CBD. After many years of experience in property management, John saw a need for a specialised quality local service provider to cater for the specific needs of Brisbane’s commercial high rise office towers.
John and his family have been the sole owners and directors of the company since its commencement. It is this sense of family and pride that has seen Professional Cleaning Services thrive and maintain market leadership for over 30 years.
As they say, “from small things big things grow”, and from what can only be described as humble beginnings things sure did grow. From the company’s inception in 1980, Professional Cleaning Services had the same number of clients as employees, zero. Fast forward to 2014 and Professional Cleaning Services has over 200 clients in the Brisbane CBD with over 300 staff.
It is with pride that Professional Cleaning Services can say that in the Brisbane CBD at any night of the week over 300 staff will be working in the CBD proudly displaying the Professional Cleaning Service’s logo and colours.
Over this time, Professional Cleaning Services has had the privilege of servicing many of Brisbane’s CBD High Rise office premier tower landmarks.
With a strong focus on quality service and customer satisfaction, Professional Cleaning Services has continued to develop and maintain long term relationships with premier CBD clients in Brisbane. Today, PCS is one of the leaders in commercial high rise office cleaning in Brisbane and is proud to feature a portfolio containing many of Brisbane’s premier A grade commercial high rise office towers.
John’s son Zane is now at the helm and, with over 16 years of experience within the company, is looking forward to the next 30 years, with a focus on innovation, sustainability and green cleaning being the main driving force. Professional Cleaning Services already services numerous 6, 5 and 4 star green rated sites, with a focus on more to come.
As Professional Cleaning Services looks to the future, it is evident that there is a need to continually evolve and adapt as the market changes. At the same time, it is evident some things will never change.
