Professional Contract Services – Responsibilities * Implement contract management software to ensure that you/your company has full control over your contracts thus eliminating the risk of poorly managed documentation. * Ensure you are aware of contract deliverables and have the capability to meet these obligations. * Identify risk at the earliest opportunity and mitigate this risk. * Review business contracts and identify areas which need improvement in consultation with management and legal counsel. * Design, negotiate and execute contracts if required by you/your company. * Measure contract compliance and identify potential areas for improvement.
