Professional Pathways provides career coaching to individuals at all stages of their professional lives. With a career that includes 11 years on Wall Street and 20+ years of executive recruiting, founder Terry Weiss Gary had friends of all ages come to her for career advice. Realizing that so many people, from students to high level executives, didn't have the perspective or training to identify their strengths and effectively pursue their goals, she created a program to support them. Working on an hourly or package basis, Professional Pathways can assist you in navigating all aspects of the job search process including resume writing, social media profile management, interview preparation, compensation negotiation and the management of career sticky points such as gaps and awkward transitions. Based in the New York City area, we can work via Skype or in person. We are also available for small group workshops. Terry Weiss Gary has a B.S. from The University of Pennsylvania Wharton School and a Life Coaching Certificate from The Centre for Excellence in the UK.
