A protocol for social search and recommendations on the blockchain. We believe that the information you need to make life work — finding dates, finding jobs, finding health advice, finding answers to questions — often isn't online. Proffer is a foundational protocol that will run on the blockchain to connect social agents in a self-optimizing distributed search engine that is strengthened by a merit based financial reward system.
