We have chaired the Legislative Affairs Committee for the NAIOP Inland Empire for over 12 years, which keeps our finger on the pulse of entitlement law and builds trust with local elected officials. We’re experts at quickly assessing risk in the early stages of a project, which saves tremendous headaches and capital. Our small team takes a hands-on approach working with all stakeholders for a project, affording all team members a 30,000-foot view of the project, as well as expedient solutions to problems as they arise.
