Proficiency (incorporating DCHI) has a history of supporting our industry sector since before the Energy Performance of Buildings Regulations came into effect back in 2007. Expanding from DCHI’s original roots in the South West, Proficiency has become the leading membership organisation for energy assessors and associated professionals. Our primary objectives are supporting and representing our members, and promoting best practice within the industry. Proficiency provides a range of valuable benefits to our members and engages with other stakeholders to achieve positive change.
