A ProfitFusion virtual CFO is a key business partner with the Owners and Senior Leadership team providing strategic financial support for a business on a less than full-time basis. We assist in identifying areas of opportunity so the company can grow and prosper in the future. Our services provide the management team time to focus on running the business. Our mission is to work with entrepreneurial companies that have been in business for at least 3 years who would like a business partner who has a financial and operational lens to assist your company (“FUSION”) in growing and becoming more profitable (“PROFIT”). We position ourselves between the bookkeeper and the tax accountant and work directly with the owners/senior leadership to define strategy, make recommendations on operational improvement and realign resources for best and highest use.
