Profound Learning Experiences programs are designed to guide your learning through steps and techniques that will benefit anyone who is willing to put in the time and effort required. How you do a thing is as — or more — important than what you do. You’re never alone in this process; we walk beside you every step of the way.
Our training and coaching programs introduce you step-by-step to effective communication skills, and give you time for practise and reflection. At each stage we recommend learning methods and processes, and ask you to contribute to the learning of future clients through feedback for continuous improvement.
Communication success arises from self-awareness. As we increase understanding of what motivates us and why, we become increasingly present in body and mind. That enables us to choose better responses to the people and situations around us, and so more genuinely connect with them.
Who we are
Lynn Corrigan and Carol Sutton started Profound Learning Experiences after many decades of education and experience, inside organizations small and large as both staff and consultants. We know the positive impact good communication practices can have on personal and organizational effectiveness. PLE is our way to leave a legacy in the working world.

Land acknowledgement
We’re based on the unceded traditional territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh peoples. We recognize that the historic relationship between Indigenous Peoples and the land continues today, and are grateful to live, work, play, and conduct business here as uninvited guests.
