Association founded in 2019 in the countryside of Florence, Italy. We offer training activities and spiritual retreats to nourish the body, mind and soul to reconnect with ourselves, people and nature. Among the methods we propose are the use of meditation, mindfulness, NVC (non-violent communication), embodiment techniques, circus and juggling, community living and the use of art therapy such as painting, dance, writing and body movement practices. We are focused on activities and events promoting non-formal education, to help young people develop their inner identities.
