Progetto CMR, is a Milan-based integrated design company founded in 1994 to provide innovative design solutions for our life. Over the years the company then grew to a staff of around 166 professionals, specialized in different areas of the architectural field, from interior design to building design and finally to urban planning.
The practice is headquartered is in Milan, and has offices in Rome, Athens, Bahrain, Beijing, Ho Chi Minh, Istanbul, Jakarta, Moscow, Prague, Singapore, Tianjin.
Moreover, we are the only Italian partner of European Architects Network, a structure of professionals providing global access to local know-how.
Ever since its foundation, Progetto CMR’s guiding principle was to put Man, the final user, at the centre of the architectural process, developing design solutions that are not only esthetically pleasing, but also functional and sustainable.
If sustainable development is development which meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs, it is evident that the present situation is not sustainable.
To achieve these crucial results, we therefore need not only new ways of planning and designing but above all “new ways of thinking”, learning from the past to design the future with a new Renaissance in mind.
