Progetto PSC is a young and dynamic Company composed by a pool or very talented Engineers, Technicians, Trainers and Development professionals. Since 2012 our core-business are the Non-Destructive and Semi-Destructive Tests, in all their forms. Our services are developed on reliability and we are a company certified according to UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015. Progetto PSC deals with: Professional Technical Training, Diagnostics, Investigation, Forensic, Non-Destructive Tests, Structural Health Monitoring and Engineering Services. As an authorized Bureau Veritas Training Center, we train and certify the skills of Technicians on Non-Destructive Testing in the Civil and Industrial sector. For a diagnosis of the existing structures that allows to know, without damaging them, mechanical properties and structural behaviors, we have a staff of Engineers certified at II and III level for the execution of investigations and tests in situ. Each survey is functional to the process that we carry out at our studio for public and private clients, returning precise and detailed technical expertise and reports. There are different NDT methods that we deal with, both in the Certified Training Programs for Technicians in our Examination Center and for Field Investigations: Georadar Survey, Thermography, Static and Dynamic Load Tests, Controls for Ceiling and Façade Fall Prevention, Structural Health Monitoring, Vibration Analysis of Induced or Ambient vibrations towards the existing and under construction structures. For the mechanical characterization of masonry structures we pride to provide investigations and tests with single or double Flat Jack, Shear Tests, mortar test with penetrometer. On concrete Structures, we offer a wide range of test as well, starting from the Cover-meter to identify reinforcement’s geometrical properties, Rebound Hammer for Concrete mechanical properties, sampling of concrete, SonReb test, sampling of rebars and estimation of the corrosion potential of the reinforcements for the mechanical characterization of the concrete. We are highly specialized in steel structures as well, in fact we provide superficial (Dye penetrants and Magnetic particles) test as well as Volumetric (Ultrasound) test on welds and other fabrication products. We provide Structural Health Monitoring Systems for Buildings, Dams and Bridges, starting from the design, throughout the installation and analysis of the data of the systems. As an engineering company we also carry out, for public and private clients, static verifications, seismic vulnerability studies, Forensic Investigations, Construction supervision, Project and Design verifications.
