PROG Producers of Germany e.V. (vormals Produzent*innenverband) ist ein kreatives wirtschaftliches und innovatives Netzwerk. Mit aktuell 150 Mitgliedern und einer Nachwuchssektion ist er die maßgebliche Vertretung der unabhängigen Kino- Streaming- und Fernsehproduzent*innen in Deutschland.
Der Verband bündelt und artikuliert die film- und marktpolitischen Interessen seiner Mitglieder und ist deren Sprachrohr und Vermittler gegenüber Förderern, Sendern, der Politik und nationalen sowie internationalen Branchenverbänden. Die Filme der PV-Mitglieder decken als Kino-, Streaming- und TV-Produktionen das Spektrum aus besucheraffinem Arthouse, radikaler Filmkunst und anspruchsvollem Mainstream ab.
