Large infrastructure projects are complex and require robust project controlling methods across many disciplines. At program51, we deliver custom made project execution schemes to suit every project's unique strategic environment and owners' interests. In this, we advise project organizations and support project steering and control. Within three years of our foundation, we have helped several clients in the energy sector to improve more that ten large infrastructure projects, expanding our team in 2021 to ten members.
Since July 2021, program51 has been providing support in the steering of the "Fulda-Main-Leitung", a power line project of German TSO TenneT. The project was awarded to an EPCm contractor (Engineering, Procurement and Construction management) of which Christoph was appointed the project director.
