The Programa Impulso was born out of a commitment to foster spaces in which young people increasingly recognise and empower the enormous power they have to positively impact their lives and environments.
Colombia has the potential to be a prosperous, inclusive and innovative nation, but only if the new generations transcend the deep-rooted divisions in all aspects of life. We believe that empathy is at the heart of this promise, which can only emerge when we truly see, hear and better understand each other's realities.
To this end, we bring together a group of young adults representative of the tremendous regional, ethnic and socio-economic diversity in Colombia.
Impulso is rooted in experiential learning as a critical tool for transformation. Our activities are aimed at strengthening and catalysing processes in a fun, creative and challenging way.
