Since 2016, the Lazos de Agua Program has empowered over 235,000 people in Latin America by providing access to sustainable water, sanitation, and hygiene services, and by using art as a catalyst for lasting behaviour change.
The Program is a multi-stakeholder partnership of One Drop Foundation, the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), Fundación FEMSA and The Coca-Cola Foundation. It is implemented through a systemic model which drives sustainable change in communities by providing or improving infrastructure, promoting key behaviors around water and sanitation though social art, and by strengthening the value chain for water, sanitation and hygiene goods and services.
