The Germinar Program - Development of Facilitators is a training that aims to promote the self-development of people so that, based on their own well-being and balance, they can contribute to improving the quality of life in the environments where they work, becoming facilitators capable of leading transformation processes both at a personal, social and organizational level.
It was created in 2002 by former participants of the Adigo consultancy's Training of Consultants, whose audience was managers and executives of large companies, some in transition to becoming consultants. The objective of the Program was to offer the same experience and tools to the most diverse audiences, especially those with more social activities, such as third sector professionals, institutes and foundations, community leaders, educators. It was Ecosocial consultancy's main social program until 2015, when Germinar was in charge of its more than 60 multipliers, who founded the ComViver association.
Based on Social Pedagogy with an anthroposophical approach, around 4,000 people passed through Germinar in more than 280 classes formed in more than 15 states in Brazil, even reaching indigenous, riverside, caiçaras and quilombola communities. It is also present in Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Portugal.
With 150 hours divided into 5 immersive modules of 30 hours, the training is based on lectures with anthroposophic content, which help in understanding and human development; artistic, corporal and group activities; and the development of skills and abilities of facilitators (or process consultants), practicing the method presented to help with real issues experienced by the participants, who act as clients.
Understanding that the focus of human action is mainly through groups and organizations, training also brings tools for understanding and acting for desired changes in these environments.
