Progresiya is an educational and mentoring environment designed to strengthen the voices, self-confidence, and desire of Ukrainian female change-makers to initiate and orchestrate change in and around them (at the workplace, community, and country levels).
Created by the Biasless team (Pislyazavtra NGO) in 2022. this community deepens the competencies necessary for more active participation in decision-making and change-making and provides one-on-one support. Each participant will spend 10 hours focused only on themselves, their self-realization, ambitions, and overcoming obstacles.
At the same time, we call progression a type of leadership progressing in the modern world. Leadership is not based on the dictates of force, toxic competition, and one-person rule but on accepting oneself and others and developing each person's strengths to achieve a common building of horizontal communities. For Ukraine to progress with the world, it needs new leaders and change-makers, and it requires the progression of its leaders and change-makers.
In our cohorts, participants are selected from business (33%), civil society, academia, art, culture, sports (34%) and public sectors (33%).
