PROGRESSIVE ENGINEERING AND TECHNICAL COMPANY (PETCO) was incorporated as a limited liability company, under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria; with it’s Head Office in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos – Nigeria; and a branch office located in Warri Refinery Road, Warri, Delta State: and operates within Nigeria with the aim to expand to the rest of Africa and other regions of the world. It has a relationship with Operating Companies (OPCOs), National Oil Companies (NOCs) and International Oil Companies (IOCs), built on a proven track record of project delivery, quality, safety and customer satisfaction. PETCO is established with the aim of providing engineering & technical services in the downstream and midstream sector of the oil & gas industry in Nigeria and global economy. It is a division of BOLLIE ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGY COMPANY LIMITED and has a state of the art fabrication yard; located in Warri. PETCO operational activities include; but not limited to Engineering, Procurement and Construction, Electrical\Instrumentation, Mechanical/Piping, Process plants, Civil & Structural, Onshore and Submarine Pipelines. Although an Oil & Gas Engineering Service Company registered and licensed with adequate permits, we also offer excellent services to the Power and Industrial Companies in Nigeria.
