Progressive Option Support Services (POSS) is a multi-specialty group of therapists dedicated to providing a wide variety of therapeutic and behavioral services to adults, children, and families experiencing emotional and behavioral health challenges. Progressive Option provides psychotherapy services to adults, children, and families. POSS primarily uses Cognitive Behavior Therapy and closely related subtypes to address unhelpful patterns of thinking. Cognitive behavioral therapy can allow clients to learn effective skills to improve their functioning and decrease stress. CBT has demonstrated positive outcomes in decreasing symptoms of anxiety and depression in adults & children. Our Behavioral Health services also extend to children with ASD. POSS provides high quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with a diagnosis of Autism, from infant to 21. Services are provided in the child’s home or at school either in person or virtually. Assessment, reassessment, supervision, and parent training are done by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
