Progressive Die & Stamping Inc. (PDS) was founded by Benedict J. Perron as B & R Tool Company in 1967. Mr. and Mrs. Perron moved their business to Tennessee in 1992 because of economic opportunities, forecasted growth in the area, and their desire to retire in Tennessee. The relocated company was renamed Progressive Die & Stamping, Inc. The next generation, son Duane T. Perron and Vice President, now manages PDS’ operations, quality control, production and sales departments. Duane continues the tradition of providing the best quality, service and competitive pricing that has been a mainstay of PDS since its inception. PDS continues to focus on keeping production in the United States. Duane, representing the new generation, brings his own flare and approach to the family business.
