ProGroup Management Pty Ltd. registered as a company in 1996, is an SME which has been delivering quality solutions in the fields of Facilities Maintenance and Building Services Maintenance and minor works Construction Services in NSW since inception. From an office in Macquarie Park, it has established the necessary resources, systems and procedures to serve a range of clients with facilities in all suburbs of Sydney, and all regions across NSW, for State Government, Local Government and Educational facilities. ProGroup, as a small specialty organisation, has developed a unique, flexible and scalable approach by which it has been able to deliver a successful customer-focused solution. This solution is delivered by ProGroup’s experienced and trade-qualified project managers and coordinators. ProGroup operates a dedicated Help Desk and Client Contact Centre manned with trained operators, 24 hours per day / 7 days a week from our Macquarie Park office location. The Help Desk operates with the latest software applications to ensure we supply the fastest and most efficient service to our clients. The Help Desk receives and manages the work request from our clients with the subsequent issue of work orders electronically to our employees and contractors. The on-site response times and subsequent completion of the work is also recorded electronically to ensure that we meet contractual requirements and KPI’s with our clients. Our Services are directed toward preventative and reactive maintenance of facilities and assets, with a focus on building services including, carpentry and general building, electrical and data services, HVAC, fire and safety services, hydraulic services, security, cleaning and landscaping.
