We have a variety of work out options including personal training, group training, nutrition consultations, blood chemistry analysis, bootcamp classes, and workshops with fitness experts over a variety of topics from mindfulness to yoga to parkour. Project Better is equipped with an infrared sauna, ice baths, weights as well as state of the art cardio and strength machines.
