Project Crystal

We are an organisation working on destigmatising mental health and nurturing the mental health of genz and younger generations. The stigma surrounding mental health often prevents young minds from seeking the support they need. Especially in asian families, the concept of mental health is widely considered as western and seeking help while struggling mentally is frowned upon, creating an unhealthy space right from childhood. Project Crystal envisions a future where every young individual feels empowered to prioritize their mental health. This allows us to work on SDG Goals-3, 4, 10 and 17. We see a world where conversations around mental well-being are open, honest, and free from judgment. Through engaging seminars, interactive workshops, and accessible e-learning materials, both online and offline, we strive to destigmatize mental health and provide valuable resources for self-care and awareness.
