We let you know who's building what, when, and where. Project Data has been providing quality construction leads to the Northern California construction industry for 23 years. In 1990, John and Marcia Walker started Project Data and reported building activity in Sonoma and Marin counties. Since then, Project Data has grown to cover 18 (and counting) Bay Area Counties. In October 2013, now owner, Marcia Walker is handing the business over to her daughter Rosie Penix. Rosie has worked with the company over the years and has a strong commitment to Project Data's customers. Many of our customers have been with us since the beginning. We strive to provide the most accurate and up-to-date construction leads to our customers so they have the tools available to make that next big sale or get that job.
