Project Gal

Project Gal believes in the untapped potential of youth from Israel's geographic periphery and strives to provide them with the tools to achieve their full potential. Through hackathons, "internship" days and lectures, students acquire valuable skills such as startup ideation, presentation skills and website building, in collaboration with tech industry mentors. Our goal is to show them that the high-tech world is within reach and to inspire them to dream big. As an initiative of Global Shapers, a World Economic Forum organization, Project Gal is supported by partners such as חינוך לפסגות and Monday. The project honors First Sergeant Gal Azulay, who fell in 2009 during an operational activity.
