Through our program, Project InPower, we bring yoga, martial arts, and meditation to victims of human trafficking, abuse, and beyond. We hope to use our experience and talents to provide survivors with the tools and support to gain physical and mental strength. We strive to demystify and implement important ideologies and practices in their lives that will aid in their road to recovery, re-establishing a sense of trust and safety in their bodies.
