Project Land Solutions, LLC (PLS) formerly RFJ Property Consulting is a sole member LLC. PLS was formed in 2010 after 3 successful years of operations as a sole proprietorship of Robert Findley. Robert is the sole member of PLS. The company has worked for many regional and national energy companies to acquire and maintain land rights for stations, facilities, pipelines, and powerlines. PLS is fully covered with commercial general liability, umbrella, and workman’s compensation insurance. A company certificate of insurance and binders are available upon request. PLS has a company safety, health, and drug and alcohol plan available upon request. Robert Findley is a licensed state of Texas Real Estate Broker and PLS is a registered brokerage firm with the Texas Real Estate Commission.
