Project Listen is Bangladesh’s first offline, peer-led mental health support space created by and for young people. We offer a safe, stigma-free environment where youth can speak, sit in silence, or simply be heard without fear of judgment or diagnosis.
This is not therapy. It is human presence. Radically simple. Deeply needed.
Through emotionally intelligent volunteers, community storytelling, and intentional offline space, we are bridging the emotional gap between crisis and care.
In a culture where silence often surrounds emotional pain, we are listening and inviting others to do the same.
