Powered by Panobiz Foundation, Project Maargam is a not-for-profit organisation founded by Ayush R Menon and Rhea Samuel, working in Rajendranagara, Bangalore to bridge the gap and help students from under-served communities create their own paths in life.
For many education is the only way to get out of the vicious cycle of poverty. Our project aims to give students the kind of world-class education they need and build on their exposure through direct, on-ground mentorship, skill-building workshops, and creating spaces for students to lead their own social projects.
A generation of leaders who have the agency to make their own informed decisions and transform their community - that's our vision.
We hope to make this possible by sowing the seeds of agency and leadership today.
