Our mission is to create the next generation of leaders who will raise the floor of human wellbeing. We believe that truly impactful leadership must be excellent in 7 key areas; we call them "disciplines" These "disciplines", in order of priority, are: - spirit, ethics and morality - personal safety and security - health and wellness - people and relationships - money and finances - skills, abilities and meta learning - status, personal brand, respect and recognition Our current focus is simple; build the systems that produce these maven leaders
