Hey there! I’m Alexis, an IT Project Manager and Agile Coach with over 10 years of experience leading IT Infrastructure, Web Application, and New Software Implementation projects and teams within the Aerospace IT, Enterprise Content Management, and Entertainment industries using both waterfall and Agile methodologies. I lead with a passion for project management and a strong inclination for organization and people-based processes. I believe in empowering my teams to do their best work by coaching on Scrum best practices and addressing knowledge gaps.
