Project Neptune

Project Neptune is a mission-driven initiative focused on expanding access to capital for small businesses through microloans, capital readiness programs, and financial support services. As a loan fund management organization, we partner with Economic Development Agencies (EDAs), community lenders, and financial institutions to help historically underserved entrepreneurs secure the funding they need to grow and sustain their businesses. Beyond lending, Project Neptune provides technical assistance through Capital Readiness Programs, helping businesses strengthen financial management, improve creditworthiness, and develop strategies for long-term success. Our goal is to bridge the funding gap, empower entrepreneurs, and foster sustainable economic growth in local communities.
