Project Quality Assurance, LLC (ProjectQA) was created to implement an innovative, state-of-the-art approach to due diligence and project monitoring specifically for construction lenders and owners throughout the United States. ProjectQA’s Main Office is located in Blue Island, Illinois (Chicago IL) and our nationwide Alliance Partner Network, consisting of licensed architects, architectural firms and professional engineers is now over 130 partners strong, and enables us to quickly and efficiently provide Project Monitoring services to construction lenders nationwide. In addition to Project Monitoring services, ProjectQA provides comprehensive construction consulting services to Lenders and to a variety of other clients including Non-Profit Organizations, Developers, and Property Managers. Our commitment to risk management for our clients also includes, but is not limited to: Pre-Construction Document Review and Budget Analysis, Program Management (Owner’s Representation), Property Condition Assessment Reports and Packaged Single-Family Project Monitoring.
