Too often, people in HR positions don’t understand fully, the opportunity they have to make a positive difference in the lives of their teams & consequently, the business as a whole. What if we could change the future of HR, by changing the way employees perceived the HR function in business today? What if in our roles as HR professionals, we worked to change across the companies we worked for, what it means to be a leader. If the goal that every person was striving for, became not about power, but about inner leadership. Leadership that was about personal responsibility, self-discovery & creating value in the world by the people we become.
