The Socio-economic status of Muslims worldwide has been on a long decline. The community has been at the receiving end of oppressive policies, immigration bans, citizenship exclusions, wars and Islamophobia. Poverty, lack of education and skills have only complicated the problem. In India there is a lack of political representation of Muslims across legistlative, judiciary and law and order in terms of employment. This has resulted in systematic disadvantage of Muslims where most minority development plans are stacked up in files for decades. This happens despite extensive studies like sachar committee report highlighting the backwardness of Muslims. The muslims are at a great disadvantage interms of education, jobs, skills, healthcare and standard of living. It is an important responsibility of the educated lot of the community to stay united and help to stabilise, the life of our brothers and sisters suffering to make a livelihood. With this need Project two point five aims to promote zakat and charitable support for the down trodden and needy children, women, patients and elderly by uplifting through multiple initiatives. Vision: To establish a higher standard of living for all muslims free from opression and poverty. Mission 2025: 1) Promote Zakat awareness. 2) Empower through education and upskilling. 3) Elderly and patient care, rehabilitation of destitute women, children. 4) Rehabilitation of people under influence of crimes and all forms of abuse. 5) Establishing network of Muslim professionals. Mission beyond 2025 The mission going forward would about active social participation, Encouraging young minds to join police forces, law and civil services. Defeat Islamophobia and all anti-Islamic propaganda through awareness among non-muslims. Insha Allah join us to replicate the success of Umar (r.a.l) as he witnessed and lead the nation of humble people to prosper into thinkers and change makers of the world.
