Project Urban is a specialist development consultancy which is underpinned by six core services: Town Planning, Surveying, Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, Project Management and Liquor Licensing. Our clients are predominantly property developers who require expertise and access to fully coordinated and integrated services, drawing from our entire spectrum of professional disciplines. However, we also relish working with individuals and business owners who require expertise and guidance in specific areas of need. Project Urban was formed in February 2016, following the merger KHA Development Managers (formerly Ken Hicks & Associates) and DFS Group. The personnel behind Project Urban are well established and respected professionals in the planning and development sector. Project Urban brings a truly multi-disciplinary consultancy equipped to service Queensland and beyond.
