An inclusive rural digitalization platform inspired by the principles of GramSheel, a Not for Profit Initiative. Project VIKRAM is a Virtualized Infrastructure for Knowledge-driven Rural Ascension Management. The Project VIKRAM is a project to make rural digitalization accessible, inclusive and democratized (as in equal opportunity not political).
