Considering the change of pace in lifestyle that took place due to COVID-19, Project Wellness Events is excited to present “Do It For You” - an event that’s all about bringing wellness to the forefront of the participants’ lives.
On March 10th, guests joined us for an evening dedicated to health and wellness through several fun activities! With a professionally led workout and yoga/cool down sessions, as well as a raffle to win some amazing prizes, Do It For You presented the opportunity to pause from the everyday routine and dedicate time to focus on your own health individually or with family and friends virtually.
Through this event we were able to raise $3.3K! All funds raised from this event went on to support DIFD - a youth driven movement that creates an open dialogue about youth mental health.
