Under the capable leadership of Architect Christian Palad and Architect & Interior Designer Denise Guieb-Palad, Project 12 12, Inc. has gained more than 10 years of experience and aims to deliver better than expected to all Clients. Out of love and passion to create and design, Project 12 12, Inc. was founded in 2015. True to its philosophy, Project 12 12 Inc. is capable of carrying out design and execution, following a collaborative approach for both small and large scale projects. Our design values are modern; functional, clean lines and forms that allow the architecture itself – the space, light, materials, spatial relationships – and inhabitants to thrive.
