ProjectCHAKRA exists to inspire the next generation of change-makers and to develop self-aware, empathetic and resilient leaders. We do this through delivering experiential learning experiences, designed to support participants inner development and to inspire action for social impact and entrepreneurial leadership. 🏆 ProjectCHAKRA are global leaders in innovative learning design and delivery. We are the winners of the Progressive Education Delivery Award at The PIEoneer Awards 2022 and recognised as Highly Commended in 2024. The PIEoneer Awards are the only global awards that celebrate innovation and achievement across the whole of the international education industry. Our unique & engaging approach: We use role-play and game-based simulations to bring real world challenges into the classroom, which enables participants to experience and feel these challenges in a safe environment before unpacking the learning outcomes through a reflective debrief, which develops their emotional intelligence. This approach makes our experiences fun and competitive, which brings teams together in a unique way. Through our work with Universities, our experiences help broaden young people's aspirations and personal growth opportunities, as well as open up career pathways (internships, volunteering, employment) and mentorship to support their journey.
