As the Covid19 start gripping the economy, uncertainty in professional and personal life is surmounted. Corporates are struggling to manage business demand & supply which is leading either to workforce reduction or hiring delays. We as a group of volunteers created an online platform called as “Project Connect” to foster a win-win situation for both corporate and potential candidate, this helps them to connect and brings overall speed to the hiring process. Project Connect is a referral platform where job seeker information is shared directly to recruiters who are presently recruiting and thus improves candidate chance to land in a dream opportunity.
