GloCal is the world’s first education token built on Waves blockchain. Project GloCal aims to build a "Global Digital Hub" for educational service providers and learners connected together on the GloCal platform, transacting in world's first educational token on a decentralised blockchain. GloCal envision to create a new learning economy bringing academic institutions, learners and local communities on a common platform across the globe. To build world's first, 'one-stop', educational portal which will allow people to browse, connect, and pay for educational services in GloCal and other major cryptocurrencies. In the next phase, educational service providers will be able to expand the utility of GloCal platform to include smart contracts and other blockchain based solutions.
