Project " Eduque "

In collaboration with BTG Bank and PONTOON Clean Tech, lectures on financial education are being conducted for underprivileged children in various communities. Our project is about helping teenagers between 15 to 19 years old to have a better understanding of money management, budgeting, and financial planning. The lectures will be conducted in both online and offline formats. In the online format, the teenagers will be introduced to basic concepts of money management and financial planning through ZOOM video calls. On the other hand, the offline lectures will be conducted in various communities, with a more proactive approach to direct contact with the children. In the lectures, the teenagers will be taught about the importance of understanding how money works and how to manage it responsibly. They will also be taught how to create a budget and how to save money for their future. The lectures will also cover topics such as investment, insurance, banking, and credit. The project will also include interactive sessions and workshops to help teenagers understand and apply the concepts they have learned. They will also be encouraged to form saving groups and discuss their financial plans. Our main goal is to really expand this project to include more communities and reach out to even more teenagers. We hope to continue to work with BTG Bank and continue to provide these critical lessons to those who may not have access to this type of education otherwise. We hope that by the end of the project, the teenagers will have the tools they need to make intelligent and informed decisions about their financial futures.
