ProLific Performance is a company specializing in Sports Performance Training founded with the mission to offer a full service training platform for athletes of all levels and ages. We offer various types of training agendas for athletes seeking to improve sport specific strength, body composition, balance, coordination, stamina, speed and agility. Reaching your full potential requires you to understand your current state of performance and readiness. We initiate all of our training programs with a Sports Performance Readiness Evaluation (SPRE) consisting of Functional Movement Screens (FMS), Vertical, Speed and Agility baseline testing along with strength and power assessments. We use that as a starting point and design an appropriate program that builds upon and enhances your athletic performance. Our top notch coaching staff is highly educated, versatile, and experienced with a validated level of coaching success. We use experience and scientifically backed concepts to produce results.
