To date, delirium is detected too little and too late, as detection is based on subjective and ineffective methods. It is our challenge to solve the unmet clinical need for accurate and safe detection. Our solution is an AI-enabled and simplified form of the gold standard for delirium diagnosis (EEG) for use at the bedside. A 5-minute test that confirms the state of the brain, with the potential to be as ubiquitous as a blood pressure cuff.
