If don’t do this one crucial thing, do your sales take a slide into the mudpit? If you’re a frustrated, time strapped but hard working business owner, writing emails is a bit of a grind. You know you have to do it but getting into the right state of mind and finding the uninterrupted time to do it is so hard when you’re running around putting out fires, staffing issues and dealing with admin tasks. Now. You’re probably thinking that no-one knows your business like you do and so no-one can write your emails and for the average person that would be right. but that thinking comes from being surrounded by people who just don’t “get it” your staff don’t really understand where you are trying to get to, they’re only interested in their next paycheque and your family’s eyes glaze over when you talk about your plans.
